Our journey started in 1986 in property management. Stepping up we obtained a Florida license real estate sales agent in 1991 and stepping up again to acquire a Broker’s license in 2007. We then formed our brokerage in 2007, Florida Property Investments Complete Solutions, a company built on a foundation of hard work, trust, and service demanding expertise from ourselves.
John and Cindy met on a blind date and instantly connected. At the time, John was raising four small children (ages 2-5), while Cindy had recently exited the Air Force landing in Tampa. Cindy was raised in Michigan and comes from a large family. Our relationship was a perfect union and an answer to our prayers. After a few years of dating, we got married. Today, the children are grown starting families of their own, leaving us as empty nesters with the freedom to focus fully on our clients and business and life.

Industry Expertise & Market Insights
CCIM Certification & Investment Knowledge
Early in our careers, we completed the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investor Management) course in Miami—a prestigious certification for real estate professionals. To qualify, we had to close at least three commercial deals within a set time frame. This course gave us high-level insights into cash investment strategies, including how to calculate the future value of residential homes. Today, we use this knowledge to guide homebuyers toward smarter investment decisions—proving that buying a home is often better than renting.
Banking & Market Crash Experience
During the real estate market crash, we gained firsthand experience working in the banking sector:
- John worked at Chase Bank
- Cindy worked at Cadence Bank
Each of us handled different aspects of short sales, foreclosures, and real estate portfolio management, giving us a deep understanding of how banks approach distressed properties. When the market changed, we transitioned back into normal real estate working with elderly and disabled veterans, inspired by our volunteer work at the Veterans Hospital in Madeira Beach.

Expanding into Solar & Roofing
In recent years, we ventured into the solar and roofing industries, a move that led us to develop and write a specialized course for realtors. Our experience in this sector was eye-opening, leading us to present our course before the Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR).
The DBPR commission, consisting of seven elected officials and seven attorneys, unanimously approved our Solar CMA & Marketing Course. Today, we teach real estate professionals across Florida how to properly value and market solar homes, ensuring that homeowners get the most out of their investment.
